Scope of investigation: only accessible areas and samples examined

My investigations and statements always refer to exclusively on:

• the made accessible to me and areas I inspected as well as
• the ones from me actually examined Samples/materials (e.g. wood samples)

Components that have not been opened or made accessible (e.g., cavities, insulation, layered structures, concealed joists) cannot be reliably assessed. Furthermore, fungal growth may be hidden and located outside the sampled areas.

Recommendation in case of suspected significant damage

If there are indications of possible static risks or significant moisture ingress, it is recommended to involve additional suitable specialist departments (e.g. structural engineer/civil engineer, publicly appointed expert, specialized remediation companies), especially if purchase/sale decisions, insurance claims or legal disputes are affected.

Limitation of liability
